• Minimum order are only required for screen printing, embroidery and sublimation
• Print-on-demand services are available with no minimums.
• All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or approved invoice) prior to production.

•  Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the date of artwork approval or payment confirmation..
• Same-day printing orders need to be ordered and paid by 10am for 4:30pm pick up, with just and extra 35% of the order.
• Delays caused by late approvals, incomplete files, or supplier issues may extend turnaround times.

• All artwork must be supplied in print-ready, vectored format (AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, or high-resolution 300 DPI images).
• Any adjustments or file preparation required will incur a graphic design fee.
• Kingdom Prints will not be held responsible for errors in artwork supplied by the client.

• Email us a remittance of payment to approve production.
• 100% payment is required for production to commence, unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments will incur delay's in delivery.

• Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has commenced and invoice has been approved through payment by customer.
• Only agreed percentage of the invoice can be refunded. It is customer due-diligence to make sure the order requirements has been communicated correctly.
• All misprints or incorrect malfunctions of order made by kingdom Prints will be corrected, if its within reason.

• While we maintain a high professional standard, minor variations in colour, placement, or size may occur due to the nature of textile printing.
• Print results may vary slightly depending on fabric composition, garment colour, and environmental factors.
• Kingdom Prints is not liable for inconsistencies caused by garments supplied by the client or incorrect print position if not mentioned by customer.

•  Clients may supply their own garments; however, Kingdom Prints accepts no responsibility for damage, misprints, or replacement of client-supplied stock.
• Garments provided by Kingdom Prints are subject to supplier availability and stock levels.

Kingdom Prints takes every reasonable step to ensure all printing and embroidery services are completed to a high standard. However, by placing an order, the customer agrees to the following liability conditions:

Clients may supply their own garments; however, Kingdom Prints accepts no responsibility for damage, misprints, shrinkage, scorching, colour bleeding, embroidery pull, or replacement of customer-supplied stock, regardless of cause.

Due to the nature of screen printing, DTG, DTF, vinyl, and embroidery, minor variations in placement, colour, and finish may occur. Kingdom Prints is not liable for slight inconsistencies that fall within industry standards.

Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences in screen displays, fabric dyes, ink batches, and garment types. Where Pantone matching is requested, Kingdom Prints will aim to match as closely as possible, but exact matches are not guaranteed unless specified in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is correct before approval. Once artwork is approved, Kingdom Prints is not liable for errors including spelling, sizing, colour selection, or design layout.

All jobs require final customer approval (mock-up or proof). Once approved, production will commence and Kingdom Prints is not liable for changes requested after approval.

If an error occurs due to Kingdom Prints, liability is limited strictly to reprinting the affected items or issuing a credit/refund equal to the value of the printing service on the affected garments. Kingdom Prints is not liable for indirect losses including missed events, lost sales, or business interruption.

Kingdom Prints is not responsible for garment defects such as stitching faults, fabric inconsistencies, dye issues, size variations, or garment damage caused by pre-existing manufacturer faults.

Kingdom Prints is not liable for damage or print deterioration caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, or garment care after delivery.

Once orders are dispatched, Kingdom Prints is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers. Customers may request shipping insurance at additional cost.

Under no circumstances will Kingdom Prints’ total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

All artwork, logos, and designs supplied remain the client’s responsibility. Clients confirm they own rights or have permission to use materials. Kingdom Prints accepts no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes. All artwork created by Kingdom Prints from start to finish remains the property of Kingdom Prints unless the customer has paid for full graphic design services. Vectoring or digitising services do not transfer ownership of artwork files.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
