A large portion of customer-supplied artwork is received in low resolution or pixelated format (commonly from Canva or non-professional design programs). For the best printing results, artwork must be supplied in high-resolution or vector format.

To ensure optimal print quality, we recommend artwork files are provided as follows:

• Vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) where possible 
• Transparent background (PNG preferred) 
• 300dpi to 600dpi resolution 
• Supplied at the correct print size required for production 

Low-quality artwork may result in reduced print clarity, and Kingdom Prints cannot guarantee high-quality outcomes if artwork is not supplied in the correct format.

Any graphic design work, editing, resizing, cleaning, redrawing, or adjustments required to customer-supplied artwork will be charged accordingly.

We offer the following design assistance options:

• Standard Artwork Setup: $65 (one-off fee) 
• Hourly Design Rate: $45 per hour (minimum 3 hours) 
• Project Design Package: $750 – $950 (quoted based on scope)
