Your details, and what we do with them.

Kingdom Prints is a print shop at 3046 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. We only collect what we need to make your order, keep you posted and run the shop.

LAST UPDATED 28 OCTOBER 2026

THE SHORT VERSION

  • We only collect what we need for your order.
  • We never sell your details.
  • Card details never touch our systems.
  • Ask, and we'll show you or delete it.

01

What we collect

  • Your name, email, phone and delivery address, when you order or get in touch.
  • Your order: garments, sizes, prints, notes, and the artwork files you upload.
  • Our emails and calls with you about the order, and photos of the finished job.
  • Whether you've paid. When online payment is running, card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.
  • How you found us, like a search or Instagram.

02

Why we use it

  • To quote, make, deliver and invoice your order, and to answer your questions.
  • To send you updates about your order by email. After it's collected we may ask for a Google review, once.
  • To understand how people use the website, so we can make it better.

We don't send marketing unless you've asked for it.

03

Who sees it

Our team, signed in with their own accounts, and the services that run parts of the shop for us, only for that job:

  • Google: where orders and files are stored, our email, and website analytics.
  • Vercel: the website.
  • Xero: invoices.
  • Stripe: online payments, once they're running.
  • Print partners who make part of a job, such as transfers. They get the artwork and the job details, not your contact details.

Some of these services store data outside Australia, mostly in the United States.

04

On your device

The website remembers a few things in your browser so it works properly, like the order you're building. If analytics is on, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. You can clear these in your browser at any time.

05

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for five years, because tax law says so. Your artwork is kept so reorders are easy; ask and we'll delete it. Everything else is deleted when we no longer need it.

06

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, stop our emails, or have it deleted, except what we must keep for tax. Email sales@kingdomprints.com.au and we'll reply within 30 days.

07

Questions or complaints

Email sales@kingdomprints.com.au, or write to us at 3046 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
