Prices and quotes

Prices on the website are estimates, shown before GST. GST is added once, on the order total.

After you send an order we check it and confirm the final price with your mockup, before you pay anything. Embroidery, sublimation and items you supply are quoted. Quotes and invoices are valid for 3 weeks, because garment prices change.

Mockups

We send a mockup of every job. Please check the spelling, sizes, placement and colours carefully: we print what you approve. Colours on a screen are close, not exact, and placement can vary by a few millimetres from garment to garment.

Payment

Nothing is made until you've approved the mockup and paid. We email your invoice with how to pay. Schools, clubs and businesses can pay on invoice. Paying online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay is coming soon.

Quoted orders over $1,000 can start on a 50% deposit. The rest is due before pick-up or delivery.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days from approval and payment. Need it sooner? Rush is 3–5 working days for 25% more, and Express is 48 hours for 40% more, on the whole order before GST. We'll tell you straight away if something will hold a job up, like a garment being out of stock.

Your artwork

By sending us artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to print it, including any logos, names or images in it. We can refuse designs we believe infringe someone else's rights, or that we're not comfortable printing.

Low-resolution files print soft. We'll tell you before we print, and offer to redraw them.

We may photograph finished jobs for our website and social media. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us when you order.

Garments you supply

We take care with garments you bring in, but some fabrics react badly to heat or ink. We'll tell you if we think a garment is risky. We're not responsible for faults in supplied garments, and if one is damaged in printing we refund the print cost for it, not the garment.

If something's wrong

If a print doesn't match the mockup you approved, or a garment we supplied is faulty or not the size we ordered, tell us within 7 days of collection and we'll reprint it or refund it.

Because every order is made for you, we can't refund a change of mind or sizes you chose. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and cancellations

Before we've printed, you can change or cancel the order. We'll refund what you've paid, less any garments already ordered for you and any artwork time already spent. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.

Pick-up and delivery

Collect from 3046 Surfers Paradise Blvd once we tell you it's ready. Please collect within 30 days. We deliver on the Gold Coast for a flat $20 before GST.
