Standard minimum order requirements apply depending on the printing method (e.g., 25 units for screen printing).
Print-on-demand services are available with no minimums, subject to production capacity.
All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or approved invoice) prior to production.

All artwork must be supplied in print-ready, vectored format (AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, or high-resolution 300 DPI images).
Any adjustments or file preparation required will incur a graphic design fee.
Kingdom Prints will not be held responsible for errors in artwork supplied by the client.

Turnaround times

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the date of artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Same-day or rush services are available at an additional cost, subject to production capacity.
Delays caused by late approvals, incomplete files, or supplier issues may extend turnaround times.

Email us a remittance of payment to approve production.
100% payment is required for production to commence, unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments will incur delay's in delivery.
All prices are quoted in AUD and are subject to GST.

Cancellations & refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has commenced and invoice has been approved through payment by customer.
Only agreed percentage of the invoice can be refunded. It is customer due-diligence to make sure the order requirements has been communicated correctly.

All misprints or incorrect malfunctions of order made by kingdom Prints will be corrected, if its within reason.

While we maintain a high professional standard, minor variations in colour, placement, or size may occur due to the nature of textile printing.
Print results may vary slightly depending on fabric composition, garment colour, and environmental factors.
Kingdom Prints is not liable for inconsistencies caused by garments supplied by the client.

Supply of garments

Clients may supply their own garments; however, Kingdom Prints accepts no responsibility for damage, misprints, or replacement of client-supplied stock.
Garments provided by Kingdom Prints are subject to supplier availability and stock levels.

Liability

Kingdom Prints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays, misprints, or supply issues.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order.

By supplying artwork, you warrant that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the design.
Kingdom Prints will not be held responsible for copyright or trademark infringements relating to client-supplied artwork.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
